This is the English/German (the CD offers 2 languages German & English to choose from during installation) 1 CD edition of the world-famous anatomy atlas which I have recently uploaded. This includes a cd image file and an update.
This works perfectly for me and is the right CD
The German "update" URL is not actually for an update but a patch in case of problems with the copy protection

The RAR files are 98+98+75 MB in size; when unpacked, they generate a single 435-MB ISO file; when unpacked, this generates a main directory with a sobotta.exe file, some other files, and three subdirectories (EE, EL, NL) with a number of files in them. No specific installation seems to be required, it is sufficient to run the executable above. The help file asserts that this is the 12th English Edition of the Atlas.
